Found an old document that encapsulates my first GM Role at Taj Exotica Resort and Spa, Maldives. I was stressed out in early 2006 but the hardwork put in by all of us we not only completed the project but relaunched it to great success !
Here's to all the Exoticans of 2005-07 ! And to all the folks who have shared this bond on the island of emboodhu Finolhu !
