The twenty-five commandments of The Lodhi

Vikram Aditya Singh

In July 2016, I wrote twenty-five commandments for the colleagues of The Lodhi, New Delhi. They carried a turnaround: revenues 3.5x, RevPAR five-fold, the World's No. 2 Hotel. Today I am publishing them in full. They succeed anywhere, in any era — and a team aligned to them is simply unbeatable. They are yours now: keep them, teach them, argue with them.
