An incredible Memory from 22 years ago ! My First Role as a Department Head in the "fabulous Four Seasons Vancouver" FS VCR as we called it back in the day !

Thank you David Richey for your famous Richey Report ! such a great tool to make sure we all lived up to our Brand Promise and Brand Standards as well as international luxury benchmarking !

While this certificate for 100% has an individual name on it was the incredible Four Seasons Vancouver People and colleagues in Food and Beverage that made it happen like clockwork ! A 100% score on any checklist was near impossible !

We must also celebrate our fearless leader at that time RUY PAES-BRAGA ! I got a special black Hermes from him that day that I still wear !

Here's to a great memory and the people that made that memory possible !
